Who are we ?

Patrick Tetieu
Immigration consultant
My name is TETIEU NESSE Patrick, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

Immigration has been part of my life since I was born. I have a master's degree in chemical, mining and petroleum industry, as well as a college diploma in mining technology. My new orientation in immigration allowed me to obtain a diploma as an immigration consultant, then to take and pass my entry-to-practice exam for this profession.
My desire to practice this job comes from the path I followed when I arrived in Canada. I realized the administrative difficulties experienced by several foreign people during their stay in Canada, or in their efforts to come and settle there. This awareness motivated me to help people in their process.

Some procedures may be different if you wish to work, study or immigrate to the Province of Quebec.
Quebec is the French-speaking province of Canada. According to Statistics Canada data on official languages in Canada, the 2016 census showed that 85.4% of the Quebec population speaks French.
Immigration programs in Quebec are varied and to have access to them, you must first obtain a Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ), or a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), as the case may be.

Whatever your project, we are there from the start, with you, to find the best solution to your needs. We support you personally in your license applications or renewals.

Employer services
Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
Employers who want to hire temporary foreign workers must first submit a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), if applicable to their situation, to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
An LMIA is established so that the government can reassure itself that the position offered to the temporary foreign worker could not be filled by a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.
If the employer needs an LMIA, they must apply for it. It is only after obtaining the LMIA that the foreign worker can apply for a work permit.
We support employers in their quest to hire temporary foreign workers, by submitting your LMIA application as well as the work permit application for their future employee.
